Shipping
How long does it take for you to ship out orders?
Orders typically ship out 5–8 business days after they're placed. They’ll be carefully packed in discreet black or gray poly mailers. We take extra care to make sure your order arrives safely and privately because your comfort means the world to us!
What will the billing statement show as?
Your billing statement will show "TTA," keeping things sweet, simple, and transparent! We like to keep it cute and clear for you!
Returns/Refunds
Do you accept product returns or exchanges?
While we don’t currently accept returns, we’re working hard to offer them in the future. We do not accept exchanges, but please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns!
My item came damaged, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if your item arrived damaged! Please reach out to us at tinytotapparel0@gmail.com or use the “Contact Us” form on the website. We’ll get back to you within 48-72 hours. Don’t forget to include photos or videos of the damage so we can quickly find the best solution for you! We truly care about making things right.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! Just a heads-up, any additional taxes or import fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Are the customs forms discrete?
To respect your privacy, all customs forms will be discreet, listing items in general terms like “Tops, Shorts, etc.
Sizing
Are you planning to add 2XL and 3XL to your shop?
Yes, we absolutely do! After this first drop, for all future drops, we definitely plan to offer sizes 2XL and 3XL!
Will the set be sold as a specific size set (for example, medium top and medium bottom)
Yes, the sets will be sold in specific sizes. However, we also offer the ability to purchase pieces separately, since I know many people need to wear different sizes for tops and bottoms!
Are you planning to do another drop of the Playtime Duckie Set with 2XL and 3XL sizes?
Yes, absolutely!
Designs
Are you planning to drop all of your old designs?
Yes, I absolutely do! That said, some designs will be slightly reworked before release. I've grown a lot as an artist, and there are a few older designs I'm not as proud of anymore. I want to update them so they still reflect my style and standards, then they’ll be dropped!
What materials are you planning to use for your shop?
I plan to use a 95% cotton, 5% spandex blend (specifically jersey knit) for most onesies and sets. However, some pieces will feature other fabric blends, so be sure to check the Materials dropdown for details on each item.
How do you measure chest, waist, and length?
